Badis Jewellery Exchange/Credit note Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however if you need to exchange an item, our policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanges, covering both online and in-store purchases. Please note that, in accordance with our store policy, refunds cannot be issued. Exchanges or credit notes may be provided upon presentation of a valid reason.

**Online Purchases **
If you purchased your item online, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a credit note instead.
**Eligibility for Exchange**
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all exchanges/credit notes.
**How to Initiate an Exchange**

*Exchange Authorization*
Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s), provided the fact that the unwanted items will successfully go through our quality checks.
*Exchange Shipping *
You are responsible for covering exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
**Exclusions**
*Sale and promotion items are non-exchangeable.
*Worn and damaged items received by Badis Jewellery Ltd are not eligible for exchanges/credit notes. Customers are responsible for maintaining goods in an immaculate condition to qualify for an exchange.
**In-Store Purchases **
For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange/credit note.
*Eligibility for Exchange* - Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. - A valid receipt is required for all in-store exchanges.
**Exclusions**
Items marked as final sale are non-exchangeable.
